Howard Manning
has served as the Executive Director of Dorcas Ministries, the oldest nonprofit agency in Cary, for 7 years. Howard has been a resident of Cary since 1978. Prior to joining Dorcas Ministries, he was employed 15 years with Almay/Revlon Cosmetics and 13 years with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. He has been active in local church, civic, and government affairs since moving to Cary. He is currently the Chair of the Heart of Cary Association Events Committee.

Denise Russo
has been a resident of Cary since 1989 with her husband and raising three daughters. Loves to live, work, and play in the Town of Cary. Prior to being on the Board of the Heart of Cary Association, she has been active with Girl Scouts, Cary Youth Sports, Church, and many years in the Cary School System. She is currently the Chair of the Heart of Cary Association Membership Committee.
